I forgot my subscription username and/or password. Can you help?

1. On beIN SPORTS CONNECT 
2. Click on Sign In and "Forgot password."
3. Enter your email and click on "Send"
4. Make sure you enter the correct email.
5. Check your email. You will receive a password reset token. If you don't see it in your Inbox, check your Spam and Trash folders.
6. Enter the token, then click Check.
7. Enter your new password.
8. Click "Complete"

Please contact your TV provider if you access beIN SPORTS CONNECT using your TV provider credentials.
