I forgot my subscription username and/or password. Can you help?

1. On the web app sign in and click "Forgot password."
2. Enter your email and click on "Email me."
3. Make sure you enter the correct email.
4. Check your email. You will receive a password reset token. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, check your Spam and Trash folders.
5. Enter the token in the first field of the window that popped up previously.
6. Enter your new password in the second and third fields.
7. Click "Confirm."
