- Please go to your orders on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/your-orders)
- Find the purchase order you'd like to cancel
- Select "Cancel Your Order"
- Choose a reason for the cancellation from the drop-down menu, and then click "Cancel This Purchase"
Customers who have signed up using Roku as the payment method:
- Please go to my.roku.com and sign in.
- Click on "Manage your subscriptions"
- Locate the subscription under "Active Subscriptions"
- Select "Unsubscribe" or "Turn off auto-renew"
- Confirm the cancellation
